These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the Speak English With Confidence ebook (the "Product") sold by Bright Digital Hub ("we", "us", or "our"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under applicable law to purchase or use the Product. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
When you complete checkout, you will receive an email containing a download link for the PDF ebook (and any bonus materials). Delivery is instant in most cases; please allow up to 15 minutes for the email to arrive and check your spam folder before contacting support.
The Product is delivered digitally. No physical item will be shipped.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of any applicable GST, unless stated otherwise. Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
We want you to feel safe trying the Product. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date by emailing us at support@brightdigitalhub.com from the email address used at checkout.
The refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You do not need to return the ebook, but we ask that you stop using it after requesting a refund.
Refund requests made after the 7-day window may not be eligible, but we review each case individually and may grant refunds at our sole discretion for exceptional circumstances.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, engages in prohibited conduct — including fraud, piracy, or abuse of our refund policy.
Abuse of the refund policy (for example, repeatedly purchasing and refunding, or sharing the PDF publicly after refunding) may result in suspension of access and refusal of future refunds.
The Product, including all text, graphics, logos, design, exercises, scripts, and the 30-day tracker, is the intellectual property of Bright Digital Hub and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Product to you.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your email address and any download links sent to you. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your email or download links.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bright Digital Hub, its owners, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill) arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of the Product, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In any case, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bright Digital Hub and its affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Product.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Product at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Product ends, but provisions that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability) will survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Product after a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
